About Echo Chamber: Echo Chamber returns in 2026 as a reboot of Dub-Stuy’s long-running series, first launched in 2012, now reimagined as an ongoing residency at Public Records. Hosted on select Thursdays in Public Records’ sound room, the series centers sound, system, and the dancefloor as spaces for open listening and exploration. Rooted in sound system culture, Echo Chamber traces a wide musical arc from Jamaica to the UK and New York. Programming moves fluidly from foundation reggae and dub into dub techno, dubstep, drum and bass, and global bass, connecting lineage with future-facing sounds.
