Spectrum empowers LGBTQ+ young adults to connect, create, lead and thrive through community, culture, health and opportunity. Spectrum Presents: Black Pride / Labor Day Weekend Spectrum, a program of Positive Impact Health Centers, is proud to bring LGBTQ+ young adults and the greater community together for two exciting experiences during Atlanta Black Pride / Labor Day Weekend. Through Spectrum, young people are encouraged to perform, compete, lead, create, connect, and build community while gaining access to health resources, leadership opportunities, entrepreneurship, and culturally relevant experiences. Thursday, September 3, 2026 — Carefree Expo 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM The Carefree Expo is a free community celebration connecting health, culture, creativity, and opportunity. Guests can enjoy 30+ vendors, entertainment, giveaways, healthcare promotions, community resources, and opportunities for young entrepreneurs and creatives to showcase their work. Friday, September 4, 2026 — Who Framed the Von Dutches Southern House Ball Doors: 5:00 PM | First Category: 6:00 PM Spectrum continues the weekend by connecting young adults to Atlanta's vibrant Ballroom community through the Who Framed the Von Dutches Southern House Ball—a night celebrating Ballroom culture, competition, creativity, fashion, performance, and community. With $6,000+ in cash prizes, the Ball creates opportunities for participants to compete, express themselves, build connections, and experience one of the most influential cultural movements created by Black and Brown LGBTQ+ communities. Together, these events represent Spectrum's commitment to creating spaces where LGBTQ+ young adults can be seen, build community, access resources, develop leadership skills, and thrive.
