Listing an LGBTQIA+ event on Gaytherings is free. There is no subscription. One clear service fee applies only when a ticket sells, and you decide who covers it: you, your attendees, or split between both.

This is how we're different from mainstream services: Gaytherings is a discovery tool. Post your event to be discovered, even if you're not ready to switch your ticketing to us.  And selling with us can cost you nothing too, if you pass the service fee to attendees at checkout.

Every ticket sold empowers the community

Service fees fund the platform and the community at the same time. Every year a portion of our revenue goes back to LGBTQIA+ nonprofits, artists, and organizers in our community who need it.

Our founding organizers are part of our donation advisory committee and help us decide where to direct these funds. If you are an active organizer on Gaytherings and want to join the committee, contact our support with a request to be added.
