After a year hiatus, DEEP FRIED returns with a renewed focus on no-frills, intimate dance floors with high quality sound and extended DJ sets. DEEP FRIED rejects the status quo of DJ as the focal point in favor of a more communal experience. We're incredibly excited to welcome Oakland-based audio producer, DJ, and hardware musician Daria Lourd, aka Bored Lord, for a 2-hour headlining set. Lourd is a trailblazer in the Bay Area electronic music scene as of the last decade, originally hailing from Memphis, TN. She is best known for her prolific catalogue of energetic, emotional and sample-heavy tracks which speak to queer identity, nostalgia, and the cathartic space a rave can hold for queer and trans attendees.
