Over the years of finding his own home in this world, Chance has learned many modalities to help us come home to ourselves — in our bodies, our breath, and our presence. That is the intention of HOME FLOW. Together we go on a journey that may feel like climbing a mountain — waves of playfulness, peace, intensity, rest, resistance, and expansion. The invitation is to ride the waves fully. The goal is never to be perfect, but to allow the fullness of the experience to be. You are free to be you. 🎧 Silent Disco Experience — Sound and guidance are delivered through silent disco headphones, creating a unique personal bubble where you can ease up on fear of what others think. You are welcome to make sound, sing, cry, scream, take up space, get weird, and be fully yourself. What to bring: Water bottle · Comfortable workout clothes · Sweat towel · Yoga mat (optional) All fitness levels welcome — every move can be adjusted to fit your body's needs.
