Welcome to a Root Chakra yoga class for gay men who are ready to get grounded, feel stronger, and stop letting their nervous system act like it has unpaid rent. This class focuses on the Root Chakra, also known as Muladhara, the energy center connected to safety, stability, security, survival, and feeling at home in your body. Through grounding yoga poses, breathwork, gentle movement, and affirmations, we’ll reconnect with the body from the ground up. Expect a witty, welcoming, queer-centered space where you do not need to be flexible, advanced, or fluent in Sanskrit to belong. This class is designed to help you feel steady, supported, present, and strong without the spiritual ego gymnastics. We’ll move through grounding postures inspired by balance and strength, with space to breathe, reset, and come back to yourself. Come as you are. Leave feeling rooted, regulated, and just a little more unbothered.
