Join us for a cinematic exploration of perseverance and PRIDE as Capital PRIDE KY presents the 2026 Capital PRIDE KY Film Series! This FREE film screening is supported by a grant from JustFundKY. 📍 The Grand Theatre🗓️ Sunday, September 13th⏰ 4:00 PM For our third feature we present Flee, a documentary by Danish filmmaker Jonus Poher Rasmussen. Flee explores the life of Amin Nawabi, a gay refugee from Afghanistan who finds freedom, acceptance, and love in Denmark after a harrowing journey across the world. Director Rasmussen brings Amin’s past and present to life through vivid animation, and writer/musician Riz Ahmed and Game of Thrones star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau lend their voices to this Annie Award winning documentary. 🎟️ Admission is FREE – everyone is welcome!
