Join us for a great cocktail party in support of LGBTQ+ Lorain County! Join us for a fun evening at a beautiful private lakefront home in Avon Lake for a Legendary Lakeside Gay Soiree fundraiser in support of LGBTQ+ Lorain County! This will be a fabulous evening of music, wine, cocktails, heavy appetizers, and plenty of queer camaraderie! Make new connections and enjoy a beautiful late summer evening on the lake as we come together to raise funds in support of LGBTQ+ Lorain County's mission, including Lorain County Pride 2027. Over the past five years, we have seen attendance and engagement with our events, and especially with Lorain County Pride, grow dramatically. What started as a small community picnic with a handful of vendors and 100 people has grown into a massive event with over 80 vendors and thousands of attendees. In order to make this a bigger, more fabulous, and safe event for all in 2027, we need your help! Proceeds raised from the Gay Soiree will support our ability to host Lorain County Pride next year. Pride is a time for our community to come together and celebrate who we are, who we love, and all the wonderful things that LGBTQ+ people bring to our society and culture. It also supports other social connection events, trainings and educational opportunities, and a variety of services in support of queer people around the county in the coming year. Tickets for the Gay Soiree are $75 for one and $125 for two. We are also offering a special rate for young professionals (those 40 and under) at $60 each. Tickets include heavy appetizers and an open bar. Additional donations are welcomed! Every donation helps! Those interested in providing an additional donation beyond the standard ticket price may do so through the Eventbrite registration or by cash/check/credit card the night of the event. We will also have raffles going on throughout the event. Grab a friend, family member, significant other, or loved one and join us! Attire for the event is cocktail casual, but we say, be fabulous and be you! Address and parking details will be sent to all attendees in advance via email. Tickets cannot be purchased at the door due to space limitations, so please plan to purchase your ticket in advance. Space is limited, so get your tickets early! This is sure to be a FABULOUS NOT TO MISS EVENT that will support our mission to make Lorain County a safe and inclusive place for LGBTQ+ individuals to work, play and live.
