LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT (SRL Shop in Your Jock – Monthly Sir Rat Leather Event) This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned attendee ("Attendee") and Sir Rat Leather LLC, the organizers of the SRL Shop in Your Jock monthly event ("Event"), held at a private location in Texas. By signing this waiver, the Attendee agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Acknowledgment of Private Event The Attendee acknowledges and agrees that the Event is a private, invitation-only gathering, not open to the general public. The Attendee affirms that they understand there may be nudity at the Event and that their attendance confirms their consent to be exposed to nudity. 2. Assumption of Risk The Attendee understands and acknowledges that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, which may include but are not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Attendee assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown, associated with attending and participating in the Event. 3. Waiver of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, the Attendee hereby waives, releases, and discharges Sir Rat Leather LLC, its agents, employees, volunteers, and any other affiliated individuals or entities (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, or damages of any kind, whether arising out of the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, in connection with the Attendee’s participation in the Event. 4. Indemnification The Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, or damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or related to the Attendee’s actions, omissions, or participation in the Event, including claims made by third parties. 5. Compliance with Rules and Policies The Attendee agrees to abide by all rules, policies, and guidelines established by the Organizers for the Event. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund or recourse. 6. Governing Law and Venue This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Event shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas. 7. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Acknowledgment By registering for a ticket to the Event, the Attendee acknowledges they have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement and voluntarily agree to be bound by them. The Attendee further agrees that the act of purchasing a ticket constitutes their electronic signature and acceptance of this Waiver and Release Agreement. The Attendee acknowledges that their participation in the Event is entirely voluntary. The Organizers make no representations or warranties regarding the safety, suitability, or conditions of the Event premises, activities, or other participants. The Attendee agrees that they are solely responsible for their conduct and any consequences that arise from it. The Organizers are not responsible for: Loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Injuries or medical conditions sustained before, during, or after the Event. Acts or omissions of third parties, including other attendees. The Attendee expressly understands that the waiver, release, and indemnification provided herein extend to all liability arising from participation in any activities associated with the Event, whether occurring before, during, or after the scheduled Event times.
