NOCTURNA meets in full. For this cycle, we go beneath the tracks to Bossa Nova Civic Club, a room tucked under the rumbling subway lines of Bushwick and long rooted in New York’s house and techno underground. Known for keeping things close, raw, and centered on the dance floor, at Bossa the music has nowhere to hide. NOCTURNA exists for the possibility of where sound can take you. For the shift that happens somewhere between entering the room and leaving it. We believe a night can reveal something new when you give yourself over to it, whether through a new sound, an unexpected connection, or a shift in perspective. This gathering begins warm, loose, and hypnotic before gradually finding its way into the darker hours.
