Our friendly hosts will be there all evening to welcome everyone, help break the ice, and create a comfortable, low-pressure atmosphere where meeting new people feels easy and fun. 7:00 PM – Doors Open The evening begins in our café area, where you can grab a virgin or boozy shave ice made with our handcrafted syrups using real fruit purée and organic cane sugar. We'll also have specialty cocktails, delicious fusion bites, and a fantastic pop up food vendor serving up some delicious wings throughout the night. Take this time to: Chat with fellow singles Decorate your name tag Browse local artwork Meet our welcoming hosts Enjoy great food and drinks before the main event begins 7:30 PM – The Icebreaker We'll move into our beautifully decorated event space featuring cozy seating, dim lighting, and the perfect playlist for mingling. We'll kick things off with a relaxed group circle led by our hosts. Everyone will have a chance to introduce themselves by sharing their name and one fun or unique fact. This lighthearted introduction helps everyone get acquainted and gives you the opportunity to notice who catches your eye before the mingling begins. Let the Mingling Begin! To make meeting people easy and natural, everyone will receive a fun conversation challenge designed to get you chatting with new faces. Every 10–15 minutes, our hosts will encourage everyone to switch conversations so you'll have the opportunity to meet as many people as possible. Interested in Someone? We'll have compliment cards available throughout the evening. Feeling bold? Write your name, phone number, and a genuine compliment, then hand it directly to the person with a smile. Feeling a little shy? No problem! Write down their name (or a description), your phone number, and your compliment, then give it to one of our hosts.
