There's no time like right before the midterms to learn how to (effectively) cause trouble. This mask- required class will cover the basics of engaging with the US electoral system as a form of harm reduction. We'll cover all the basics you forgot (or never learned) in civics class: the branches and levels of government, how to figure out who ostensibly represents you, and how to pester them into actually representing you and the rest of the kink community. This class assumes no prior knowledge and no political affiliation. The first hour will be lecture and Q&A-based, while the second hour will give you the opportunity to put what you learned into practice by writing to your reps.
