A 45-minute performance created for the Immigrant Artist Biennial "The Immortals: Three stories. One unfinished" is a 45-minute performance created for the Immigrant Artist Biennial that weaves together material from "Lula 19/85", "Crossing the Water", and "Immortal" into a new theatrical composition. Three stories, set across pivotal moments in modern Lebanese history, are interrupted by two allegorical vignettes—one drawn from the past, the other imagined from the future—creating a dialogue between memory, myth, and political imagination. Through the experiences of one family, the performance traces the hopes, contradictions, and eventual collapse of the Lebanese left. Blending storytelling, shadow puppetry, archival material, projection, and spatial sound, it explores how political identities are inherited, contested, and transformed across generations.
