About me: I'm Liana Giangiulio, a seasoned personal trainer with a proven track record of helping clients smash their fitness goals. As a 5’0” tiny but mighty powerhouse I’ve placed in Strongman competitions and actively pursue powerlifting, so I bring a disciplined and focused mindset to all my training sessions and programming. I’ve served over 200 individuals with aesthetic, strength, sport-specific, and pain management goals and I’m excited to have you join the Young Savage Fitness team! Specialities include powerlifting, functional strength, kettlebell, strongman, and a BODY NEUTRAL approach to fitness. I pride myself in creating LGBT+ and size inclusive safe workout spaces.
