Designed to strengthen the fabric of workplace belonging by convening leaders committed to advancing LGBTQ+ equity . This symposium is designed to strengthen the fabric of workplace belonging by convening leaders committed to advancing LGBTQ+ equity through sustainable, collaborative, and measurable ERG and team models. This event is for anyone who is learning how and/or committed to making space for all individuals in the workplace. The focus will be on LGBTQ+ experiences, resources, and collective impact. All are welcome. We encourage teams, ERGs, BRGs, executives, HR reps, supplier professionals, and individuals to attend to share in the conversation. Symposium Outcomes: Participants leave with practical models for sustaining ERGs and employee engagement practices under budget and resource constraints. Cross collaboration between different resource groups and across organizations/companies. Executive sponsors and other company leaders gain new language and tools to champion employee engagement initiatives within leadership circles. Nonprofit partners identify tangible ways to align with corporate ERGs and employee engagement groups for mutual benefit.
