About

✨ NEW CLASS ALERT: FEMININE FREQUENCY ✨ Feminine Frequency is a sacred space for women and women-identifying people to slow down, reflect, and let their spirits soften. Together, we’ll explore our feminine and masculine energies, listen to what our bodies need, and make room to feel grounded and restored. Come as you are—feeling whole, broken, fragile, or somewhere in between. There is space for you here. 💜 Instructor: @sacredesoterica 🌸Location: @roasisspace ⏲️Time: 5:00–6:30 PM 😃What to expect: 5:00–5:10 PM — Mix and mingle 5:10–5:40 PM — Make your own tea 5:40–6:00 PM — Breathwork 6:00–6:05 PM — Journaling 6:05–6:30 PM — Sound healing What does sponsorship look like? We offer four sponsored tickets at each event because cost should not keep our community from accessing spaces for rest and connection. A sponsor helps cover those tickets so four community members can join us at no cost.
