What does it mean to be alive, right now, in this body, among these people? On Oct 17-18, Hinoki (@hinoki.dance) takes over Planet X for two nights of immersive dance and sound performance directed by Jenn Chan (@jennchanx) — an up-close reckoning with loss, solitude, and the strange and difficult work of figuring out who you are and where you belong. Set across 14,000 square feet in East Williamsburg, 11 dancers weave through the audience inside a living sound installation — no stage to stand apart from, only bodies moving through sound together.
