Join us for a social gathering for later-in-life sapphics to connect, share experiences, and celebrate their identities without having to prove who they are. Event Details Sapphic Second Chapter: Better Late Than Straight is a social space created for sapphics who discovered, embraced, or began exploring their identity later in life. At You Don’t Have to Prove It, we’re making space to talk about the pressure to feel “queer enough,” especially when your journey does not look like everyone else’s. Come meet people with similar experiences, share as much or as little of your story as you’d like, and enjoy an evening of genuine connection. Please note: This event takes place at a park. Feel free to bring a blanket, chair, or anything else you’d like to help you settle in and get comfortable.
