Free/Low Cost MMA Training for the LGBTQ+ community every Sunday 11am-1pm. Class Topics for the month of October listed below. Join Coach Lu and your Queer MMA friends at Black Widow MMA for free/low cost MMA training for the LGBTQ+ community. All are welcome and no experience is necessary! As an active competitor and coach, she trains and mentors students of all ages, from youth to adults, helping them build confidence and skills on and off the mats. Outside of the gym, she enjoys traveling and seeking out new training experiences internationally.
