LGBT+ square dance lessons at the museum! Learn the basics, meet new friends, and celebrate queer joy on the dance floor. All are welcome! Put on your dancing shoes and join us on Thursdays at 6pm for LGBT+ square dancing at the museum! Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or have never square danced before, everyone is welcome to learn, laugh, and enjoy the music in a friendly, inclusive environment. Our caller will guide participants through the basics of square dancing, including calls, steps, and formations. No partner or prior experience is required—come on your own or bring friends and meet new people along the way. Celebrate community, connection, and queer joy on the dance floor! All LGBT+ people, allies, and curious newcomers are invited to participate. $10/person per lesson No experience necessary. Just bring yourself and a willingness to dance!
