Join us for a chill night of good vibes, interactive education stations, and giving back with the TxLips Band! What Is TxLips Give Back? TxLips Give Back is a multi-faceted community impact event designed to meet people where they are. Far more than a one-day gathering, it is a curated experience consisting of three core pillars: Live Concert Experience Featuring an exclusive debut of music from our upcoming album, "Still Ain't Found a Way to Kill Me Yet," a project honoring the evolution and resiliency of Black influence. Interactive Education Stations Empowering attendees to cultivate a deeper understanding of passion, community, Black herstory, art, and social justice. Community Partner Showcase A dedicated space to spotlight and support local organizations championing LGBTQIA+ youth, animal rescue, voter literacy, and environmental justice. Concert Clothing and Book Drive This year, we are pivoting the ways we support our partners. At this concert, we will host a clothing and book drive to support LNFY's thrift store in Atlanta, GA. They accept new and used goods from the community to support their self-sustaining solution to end LGBTQ youth homelessness in Atlanta. Donations can be deducted for tax purposes. Just ask their store staff for a receipt at the time of your donation. Books! We are responding to the call and hosting a book drive. Book donations will support giveaways at TxLips Academy programming. We accept new and gently used books for K-12 and young adult. Donations are tax-deductible. Just email admin@txlips.com for a receipt after your donation. Here's Where You Come In 1) Buy tickets! Tickets for this show are donation-based; however, we ask attendees to select one of the suggested donation tiers below so we can donate to each nonprofit partner. $5 donation + bring 5 articles of new or gently used clothing or books you have $10 donation + bring 10 articles of new or gently used clothing or books you have $15 donation + bring 15 articles of new or gently used clothing or books you have $20 donation + bring 20 articles of new or gently used clothing or books you have $25 donation + bring 25 articles of new or gently used clothing or books you have $30 and up + donate whatever new or gently used clothing or books you have 2) Support the Clothing and Book Drive!
