Danny Tenaglia presents Boo Yourself *5hr Set*

About

Danny Tenaglia returns to New York on Saturday, October 24, bringing Boo Yourself to The Room at Superior Ingredients for several hours behind the decks. Boo Yourself has been part of Tenaglia’s Halloween history for years, giving the New York veteran the space to do what he does best: settle into a room and let the music develop without rushing from one moment to the next. Tenaglia’s connection to New York club culture runs deep, and his sets have long reflected the breadth of music that helped build it. House remains at the center, with classics sitting comfortably alongside drums, techno, disco, deeper selections, and records that can pull the room in an entirely different direction without warning. That range is especially important when Tenaglia has several hours to work with. Rather than treating the night like a short festival slot, Boo Yourself leaves room for gradual shifts in tempo and mood, forgotten records, familiar favorites, tougher stretches, and the kind of unexpected selections that have kept dancers returning to his sets for decades. The Room at Superior Ingredients offers a close setting for the next edition, bringing the focus directly onto the booth and dance floor. For longtime followers, it is another chance to experience one of Tenaglia’s most storied parties. For anyone who has never caught one of his extended sessions, expect a lesson in house history that can move just as naturally into drums, techno, and whatever comes next. We’re excited to welcome a true New York legend back behind the decks for Boo Yourself at Superior Ingredients.
