About
Quentos II with Hazel Lozano , Donato Fatuesi, Mara Palma, Luis Ángel Mondragón, Daniel Luna & Giovanni Ortega. A series of new queer short plays conceived and rooted in our nostalgic Joi. ¡Quèntamelo! A portmanteau of “Queer” and “Cuentos” (stories) – create culture, rituals, and traditions. Experience a curated series of new stories written by a cohort of community members and rooted in our nostalgic JOI. Celebramos the prism of LGBT voices through these poetic and personal journeys onstage.
Event Organizer
PRIZM HAUS was founded by two queer Filipinx Los Angeles artists, Brandon English and Giovanni Ortega. Our organization is a producing and performing arts collective rooted in community, cultural pride, and queer joy. PRIZM HAUS was created to amplify queer Asian and Asian American voices by producing original work in theatre and film, through fostering collaboration, and offering a space where artists can take creative risks.
