Join our safe space for LGBTQ+ BIPOC adults on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at the Q-Center in Astoria, Queens! United Colors is a dedicated space for LGBTQ+ BIPOC adults to navigate real talk and real life, then unwind with creativity, games, and genuine connection. Bring your whole self—we’re here for all of it. LGBTQ people often adopt or have children. Would you date someone who is a parent or is not out to their children preferring to introduce you as 'friend' ? If you have children, when do you decide to introduce a partner to your children? Is it important to discuss the possibility of children with a prospective partner before getting serious? Is the need to have children heteronormative or just a choice? Bring your experiences and opinions to the group. For more information, email qcenter@lgbtnetwork.org. Program Target Audience: LGBTQ+ BIPOC folks 18+
