Join Voices of Flat River Pride for a special screening celebrating representation, LGBTQ+ visibility, and the power of making history. Join Voices of Flat River Pride (VFRP) for a special screening of State of Firsts on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Voices of Flat River Pride Center. This special community screening brings us together through film, conversation, and civic engagement. Scheduled ahead of Election Day, this gathering is an opportunity to connect with fellow community members, reflect on the importance of LGBTQ+ representation, and recognize the role our voices play in shaping the future. For LGBTQ+ people and allies, participating in civic life is one way to help ensure our communities are seen, heard, and represented. We hope this event inspires meaningful conversations, strengthens community connections, and encourages everyone who is eligible to make a plan to vote. Suggested Donation: $5 We recommend a $5 donation to Voices of Flat River Pride to help offset facility use and film licensing fees. Your contribution helps VFRP create welcoming spaces for community gatherings, educational opportunities, and events that bring people together. The suggested donation is appreciated and helps make events like this possible. Registration Please register in advance to let us know you're coming.
