Slash: A Dying Art, is a provocative new slasher about queer resilience, chosen family, and the deadly cost of intolerance. When a masked killer targets the customers and performers of a small-town queer club, a community must confront discrimination, religious hypocrisy, buried secrets, and its own definition of family before their dying art becomes a deadly reality......... Join us for the, Slash: A Dying Art Casting Show at September's TOO (1156 Central Ave. Albany, NY 12205) on 10/21/26 and 10/30/26 from 5:30pm-9:00pm. -TICKETS ARE FREE on WEDNESDAY and $5 for FRIDAY! -Purchase of a ticket for Friday, will give you admission to the Wednesday (10/21) show. -There will be an after party on Friday (10/30), where we'll celebrate the hard work of all the performers and most importanly........BRANDY'S BIRTHDAY!!!. During these shows, you'll have the opportunity to watch and judge live performances from artists of multiple genres (burlesque, dance, singing, acting, comedy, etc) as they share their talents and compete to be a part of the film. We're really counting on your help! As you watch, you'll have the opportunity to select your favorite artist at the show. The top 3 winners will be selected to be a part of the film!
