Join us to learn how to protect your LGBTQ+ legacy and make sure your story and rights live on strong! The Stonewall Generation—today's LGBTQ+ elders—has left a profound legacy: a society transformed by one of the most significant expansions of human rights in history. Now, even in the face of an increasingly hostile environment with hundreds of anti-equality bills introduced nationwide, this remarkable generation holds the power to protect and expand the rights it earned. Conservative estimates indicate that over the next 20 years, the Stonewall Generation will transfer $135 billion annually via estate plans. Research shows that a critical factor in whether a legacy gift is included is whether clients have legal or financial advisors who encourage giving. Why Attend? The Stonewall Legacy Project equips professionals with the insight and confidence to honor client wishes while safeguarding the future of our community. CLE Credits: Attendees are eligible to earn substantive PA CLE credits for participating in this session (please inquire at event for details). Join us for an exclusive information session exploring: The incredible potential of the anticipated LGBTQ+ wealth transfer. The nature of conversations that lead to meaningful legacy gifts. Why professional codes of conduct—and good business—support these vital conversations. Featured Guest Expert: Elizabeth F. Schwartz, Esq. Estate and Family Law Attorney, LGBTQ+ Legal Advocate, Board Certified Specialist in Adoption Law, AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and Co-Chair of The Stonewall Legacy Project. Presented By: The Attic Youth Center Delaware Valley Legacy Fund (DVLF) William Way LGBT Community Center
