About

Senior FIT+, a fitness class for older adults comprised of light cardio, stretching and strengthening exercises, all evidenced based. Designed by Lynn Simonson. About the Facilitator Aloysius Gigl is thrilled to be teaching Better Brain & Balance at The Center. Aloysius holds three certifications in Senior Fitness and Balance programs and has been a personal trainer in New York City where he enjoyed an exciting and extensive career as a professional actor. Soon after moving to the Coachella Valley, Aloysius met mentor Lynn Simonson creator of Better Brain and Balance and Senior Fit+ for The Center and has been blessed by her wisdom and guidance ever since. Staying fit is vital for everyone, but especially important for older adults. Aloysius believes that one's strength doesn't come from what you can do, but from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't. We have all been blessed with unique minds, bodies and spirits and it is our challenge to enrich and celebrate those gifts and share them with others.
