It's New Years Eve after all, so come say goodbye to 2026 with Decadence.

This New Year's Eve, CATEGORY brings the elegant spirit and legacy of Studio 54 to the West Coast for one night only across two floors of The Belasco, a gilded hall of Hollywood glamour.
Decadence isn't just a theme, it's a resolution. Sequins, feathers, satin, gold. Dress like the clock doesn't matter, because tonight it doesn't. There's no wrong way to ring in the new year. There's only your way.
Step into the light and let our resident editorial photographer immortalize you (and your midnight kiss). Arrive early. The first to serve is the first snapped.
THE MUSIC
Two stages. One night. Choose your altitude.
UPSTAIRS: The Main Stage runs ballroom-driven disco-house from doors to dawn.
The Carry Nation: Will Automagic & Nita Aviance are New York nightlife royalty. A member of the legendary House of Aviance, Nita cut her teeth at iconic queer parties Mr. Black and Westgay. Will worked alongside David Mancuso at The Loft, held residencies at Limelight and Life, and co-founded the legendary SPANK party. Together as The Carry Nation, they've become fixtures at Brooklyn's Good Room and Ladyfag's Battle Hymn, taking their sound around the world to Berghain/Panorama Bar, Horse Meat Disco, and Glastonbury's Block9. Their extended B2B sets are the stuff of legend. Queer excellence is the CATEGORY.
Heidi Lawden b2b Masha Mar: Heidi cut her teeth in London's earliest rave clubs and at Ministry of Sound before landing in LA, where she now hosts Extra Sensory on Dublab. Masha, Serbian-born and LA-based, co-founded Dig Deeper LA and Take It Outside with Heidi, building some of the city's most respected femme-forward dancefloors. Together, they're one of LA's most trusted b2b pairings, gliding through cosmic disco, house, and techno.
Still Rollin' (Stacy Christine b2b DJ Kerry): LA's own, back together for one more spin. Expect a set built on chemistry, not just track selection.
Naté: LA's audacious club kid turned DJ. A ferociously femme blend of diva house, jersey club, and progressive techno, organized chaos with a purpose. Co-founder of CNT.PRTY, turning dancefloors into safe havens for the fierce and fabulous.
DOWNSTAIRS: The Chamber takes the tempo up to a higher BPM, with house and techno for the ones who came to move, get a little steamy, and let go.
Chris Cruse: Queer dance-floor royalty. The founder of Spotlight and Club Toilet, Chris is a regular at Panorama Bar, Basement, and Block9, playing sets that celebrate the queer roots of house and techno.
Juliet Mendoza: Afro-Latina LA native, dancer, DJ, and heartbeat of the underground house scene. A former regular at the Arena and Carnival, Juliet fuses movement and music into one continuous language.
Soul Purpose: A dancefloor shapeshifter and trusted steward of LA's underground and festival circuit, riding through disco, '90s house, minimal, techno, and hard groove.
