Amor Digital: erika, DJ JUANNY, Casamiento
amor digital is back at underground sf for another very special night of club music of the americas! this time around we have recruited the LA-based central american duo, casamiento as well as bay area fave, erika to kick off the spring season. ~ ~ ~ Casamiento is a duo formed in Los Angeles by HENRRYRZA and Yvain Amour. HENRRYRZA is from south central Los Angeles, with Salvadoran and Mexican roots. Yvain Amour is from Maryland with Salvi and Nicaraguan roots. The duo was formed with the idea and goal to push all influences from their childhood + new influences as they grew. “Casamiento” is “marrying” two dishes in one pan and making it one, they do that with music. Heavily influenced by her family’s love for music and dance-centric gatherings, program co-founder erika curates a selection that unites 90s breaks, early 2000s rnb & pop vocals, and glitchy deconstructed club.
